We strive to design projects to include amenities such as playgrounds, pet parks, exercise rooms, and open green space that we believe are important to providing a healthy community experience.


  • SANTA ROSA, CA

    Airport Village is an affordable multi-family housing project on Brickway Boulevard in Santa Rosa, less than one mile east of the Sonoma County Airport. Located between the Town of Windsor and Santa Rosa, it will be one of the largest housing developments outside of city limits and the largest builder’s remedy project in the state of California. Airport Village will offer much-needed housing for families and essential workers at varying levels of affordability.

    The community consists of 1,464 units, over 10,000 square feet of marketing and recreation space, and a 10,000 square foot market. The 20 four-story buildings with a mix of 940 one-bedroom units, 352 two-bedroom units, and 172 three-bedroom units will create three neighborhoods throughout the site. The development will include over 2,000 parking spaces, 2,016 residential spaces and 41 spaces for commercial use to serve the retail amenities.

    With a family-oriented demographic in mind, the heart of the property also includes a children’s play area, pet parks, and sports courts for the residents to enjoy. Other property features and amenities include landscaped walking paths, picnic areas, and fitness center.

  • WINDSOR, CA

    Cora Creek is a senior affordable development located at 8975 Conde Lane in the Town of Windsor, just blocks from Windsor Town Green.

    Consisting of 106 units between two 4-story buildings, Cora Creek boasts 90 one-bedrooms between 505 and 583 square feet and 16 two-bedrooms ranging from 755 to 807 square feet. The age restricted development will offer residents the conveniences of downtown living while creating a sense of privacy and seclusion.

    Vehicle and bicycle parking will be offered on-site at Cora Creek. Residents will enjoy a variety of amenities including pickleball, pet parks, a recreation, and marketing building. The manicured grounds will feature landscaped shade pavilions, arbors, patios, picnic areas, and a creekside path.

    Current Status: Property purchased, plans submitted to the Town of Windsor.


  • SANTA ROSA, CA

    Gallaher Community Housing is partnering with Gallaher Senior Living to convert two Santa Rosa apartment communities totaling 32 units to affordable housing. The communities offer studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes with oak grove views in the prestigious Fountaingrove neighborhood.

    Current Status: Built, in underwriting.


  • WINDSOR, CA

    The Windsor School - Gallaher Community Housing Project, located at 8955 Conde Lane is a new affordable multi-family housing development in the Town of Windsor. The former Windsor Elementary site will offer almost 400 workforce housing units and provide a much-needed option close to downtown on the surplus property site. New 4-story buildings will offer one, two- and three-bedrooms apartments, ranging in size from 500 square feet to 1000 square feet. Thoughtful amenities will be offered throughout the landscaped grounds where residents can enjoy sports courts, pet parks, picnic areas, a recreation building and Creekside pathway.
