FOUNDING DIRECTOR

In addition to his role as Founding Director of Gallaher Community Housing Inc, Komron serves as Regional Director of Site Acquisitions and Development at Gallaher Companies in Santa Rosa.

As an expert on the subject of land use and development, Komron has developed real estate projects throughout California, including mixed-use and multi-family developments, retirement communities, and affordable housing.

He is a member of the Board of Directors for Poppy Bank, one of the strongest financial institutions in the country, and Burbank Housing, a regional non-profit affordable housing developer. Komron has previously served on the Board of Directors for Community Housing Sonoma County, the Santa Rosa Council on Aging, and is a current Board Member at Redwood Empire Food Bank.

Komron understands the complexities of building energy projects and the factors that matter to local decision-makers. For more than 11 years, he served on the Sonoma County Planning Commission.
